Finally, SPM maintains collection of annual dues and fees as well is the focal point for any payments required for services incurred by our Association such as Legal Fees, Accounting requirements and Liability Insurance for our HOA. I have lived in Rosebrook Subdivision since 2017 and been a member of the Homeowners Association since May of that year.
